Shipping & Returns
UK main land standard orders under £75.00 will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class, UK orders of £75.00 or more will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked. These options and prices apply to orders which weight under 2KG and are placed online.
Please note as of May 2025 we DO NOT SHIP TO NORTHERN IRELAND due to a change in legislation. If you have ordered from NI, we will give you a full refund with 5 days of ordering.
All in stock orders placed online, Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and stated closed days) will be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times will depend on your location and chosen delivery method. Standard delivery should take 2 days but can take upto 15 working days. Courier Delivery is next working day between 9 and 5 and is fully tracked and insured. Express Delivery will require a signature on delivery.
If you are unable to receive a delivery and the goods are returned to us a second postage equal to the original will be require to re dispatch the goods, or if a refund is requested, a £15 deduction will be applied.
Please ensure that you enter a complete and accurate delivery address as SmartSecurity.Store can not be held responsible items which go missing or are delayed due to in accurate or incomplete delivery address information.
Unfortunately "Standard Delivery" is not a tracked service and is not considered lost until 30 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. Once 30 working days have expired we will provide a replacement via a courier or special delivery service. We regret that we can not refund standard items that are lost, or send replacements before the 30 working day period.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCESS
1. Your Right to Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be:

Unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. How to Start a Return

Contact Us – Email admin@amco999.com, informing us of the battery return & order number / name

Pack Securely – Place the item(s) and RA form inside suitable packaging.

Ship Back – Post the parcel to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service; you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

3. Refunds

Once inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Refunds cover the price paid for the goods only; outbound and return postage costs are non-refundable, except where required by law (see Section 5).

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Depending on your card issuer, funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
Where stock allows, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded as applicable. Exchange items are dispatched once the original goods have been received and inspected.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under those regulations, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have agreed otherwise or the items are faulty.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product arrives faulty or becomes faulty within 30 days, contact us immediately with photos and a description. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund (including reasonable postage) in line with your statutory rights.
