Technical support is led by our in-house security technology expert Marian, who has expertise to help with the following:

N.B. this is an 'appointment-based service', and once you've paid we'll arrange a mutually suitable time to run through your technical questions and get you sorted!  Appointments times booked 9 to 5 during weekdays.

Marian is our resident in-house security guru.  What Marian doesn’t know about security technology isn’t worth knowing -  having worked as an alarm engineer for the last 10 years, installing alarm and CCTV systems across the UK.
Marian’s specialist subjects include:
  • Intruder alarm trouble-shooting
  • CCTV trouble-shooting
  • Experience with: Texecom (Veritas & Premier), Honeywell & other security manufacturers
Marian's a particular specialist in Texecom equipment (Veritas or Premier), so if you're having problems / want a quick answer then Marian is your man.
Marian is available via telephone / Skype, to help remotely set-up any equipment or deal with any technical trouble-shooting problems you may have.
