This is our ‘engineer visit' service, providing you with a visit from a professional alarm engineer to fix your burglar alarm problem - giving you the confidence that your alarm’s been fixed by someone who knows what they’re doing.
This engineer visit option means that a trained engineer will visit your property and includes:
- 30 minutes of on-site engineer time
- *Parts & additional time are extra*
N.B. additional time on site (beyond the first 30 mins) is charged an extra at £20 per 15 minutes. Most basic problems can be solved in the first 30 minutes. We'll always let you know if extra time is needed when on site.
The engineers are provided by a trained engineers from our sister company AMCO Security - who have great experience with Texecom and Honeywell equipment, and have engineers across the UK.
