This is our ‘alarm maintenance' service, providing you with a visit from a professional alarm engineer to give your alarm a check over - giving your alarm system a thorough health check to make sure it's all in working order, and identifying / fixing problems we find.
This engineer visit option means that a trained engineer will visit your property and includes:
- 30 minutes of on-site engineer time
- Health check of alarm system parts
- Alarm maintenance documentation / sign off (for insurance purposes)
- *Parts & additional time are extra* (but discounted from list price)
N.B. additional time on site (beyond the first 30 mins) is charged an extra at £20 per 15 minutes. If we spot a real problem that we can't fix within the 30 mins, we'll always let you know if extra time is needed.
The engineers are provided by a trained engineers from our sister company AMCO Security - who have great experience with ALL equipment, and have engineers across the UK - giving you a proper local service.
